The fact is, only 3 - 6% of your leads are ready to buy right now.
The other 94%? They’re still thinking…processing…waiting.
The problem? You don’t know who’s ready and who’s not. Your buyers are invisible, which causes marketers to make one of two mistakes:
MISTAKE #1: They push too hard (and torch their list), or
MISTAKE #2: They go silent (and the good leads buy from someone else).
Either way…you lose.
The fix? The Invisible Prospect Finder…a set of simple, one-line “handraiser emails” that make it easy to stay in front of everyone without annoying anyone.
Instead of hammering your list with offers, send short, human emails that:
Feel personal (not like a pitch)
Make it stupid-easy to reply
Surface ready-now buyers…without alienating the rest
If they’re interested, they reply. If they’re not, they scroll on. No harm, no foul.
Here are three handraisers you can copy and send today:
1. “Are You Still?” Email
Subject: Are you still working on [goal]?
“Hey [First Name],
Last time we talked, you wanted to [specific outcome]. Are you still working on that? Is that still a priority?”
Why it works: It reopens a loop and reminds them of the original reason they became a lead without sounding salesy.
2. “This or That?” Email
Subject: Quick question for you…
“We’ve found most [audience] fall into one of two categories:
Still struggling with [pain point].
Solved that and ready for [next big goal].
Which one are you? Reply with ‘1’ or ‘2.’”
Why it works: Binary choices like these make it stupid-easy to reply, and when they do reply, you can continue the conversation and direct it toward a sale.
3. “Can I Help?” Email
Subject: Can I help?
“Anything I can do to help [you / your company] move faster?
–[Your Name]”
Why it works: This is the most versatile, because I’ve never met a person or business who didn’t wish they “moved faster.” Also, “moving faster” can take many forms, so it works for virtually any business, no matter the prospect or their specific situation.
Taking Action
If you can identify the 3–6% who are ready now, you can prioritize them for immediate outreach while keeping the rest of your list warm for later. That’s how you create a consistent pipeline without torching relationships or exhausting your email list.
And here’s the good news: You don’t need a complicated re-engagement campaign to do it, you just need a few one-line emails you can send every couple weeks to your list.
Here’s how to put this into motion:
Pick Your Segment: Start with leads that are at least 30 days old, but not completely cold. (If you want fast results, just send it to your whole list.)
Choose One Template: Don’t overthink it. Pick one of the three above and personalize it to your tone and offer.
Send & Watch Replies: Anyone who responds is a “Ready Now” buyer. Move them into a fast-lane sales process.
Rinse & Repeat Monthly (or every other week): Keep running the play. Fresh buyers will reveal themselves every cycle.
Automate It Later: Once you’ve proven the winner, add it to your new lead follow-up sequence so this process runs on autopilot.
⚡ Action Step: Pick ONE handraiser email, send it to ONE segment this week, and see who raises their hand. You’ll be shocked at how many invisible prospects are hiding in plain sight.
Stop letting broken systems hold you back. Let’s create a plan that “de-bottlenecks” you from your business so you can scale your company…without sacrificing your soul. Schedule a free “Scale Session” today.
